Reports

Eight reports. All of them answer a question you've actually asked.

Not dashboards. Reports. Real data you can download, share, and act on — covering sales, stock health, cash flow, channel profitability, supplier performance, and more.

The eight reports

1. Sales & revenue

Total revenue, order count, units sold, and average order value — for any period. Break it down by SKU, by country, or by channel. See which products drive the most revenue and which channels are actually profitable when you factor in cost.

2. Restock forecast

Which SKUs will need ordering in the next 14 days (or whatever horizon you set), based on current velocity. The same intelligence that powers your reorder page, presented as a downloadable report.

3. Cash flow

Outgoing spend on purchase orders, bucketed into four time windows: next 7 days, 8-14 days, 15-30 days, 30+ days. See what's committed before it hits your bank.

4. Shipping costs

Actual shipping cost per order and per channel, pulled from ShipStation, Shippo, and Royal Mail integrations. See the real cost of fulfillment and how it affects your margin per channel.

5. Channel profit

Revenue, orders, units, and profit for every connected channel — side by side. Which channel is actually worth the effort? The data will tell you.

6. Supplier performance

Average delivery lead times, on-time rates, and average delay per supplier — calculated from your actual received PO history. The number in your contract versus the number that actually shows up.

7. Inventory age

How long has each SKU been sitting in your warehouse? Flag products that are aging past 45, 90, or 180 days before they become a write-off.

8. Inventory turnover

How fast is your stock moving? Turnover rate per SKU, per category, and overall — so you know where to put more capital and where to pull back.
