About VeloxLink

Built by e-commerce founders who got tired of overpaying for half the features they needed.

We spent years running brands on Shopify and Amazon. We know what it's like to pay for tools that promise everything, deliver features you'll never touch, and still can't tell you what to reorder on a Tuesday morning.

VeloxLink didn't start as a software company. It started as frustration.

We were running e-commerce brands — selling physical products across Shopify, Amazon, and eBay. Every morning started the same way: open three tabs, cross-reference two spreadsheets, hope nothing oversold overnight, and pray the supplier who was supposed to deliver last Tuesday would show up today.

We tried the tools. All of them. The inventory platforms that cost $300/month and came with 40 features we'd never open. The compliance consultants who charged hourly to tell us things we could have calculated ourselves if the data was in one place. The enterprise WMS systems designed for warehouses with 200 staff, not a team of four in a rented unit.

Every tool was either too much or not enough. Too expensive for what we actually used. Too complex for the size of our operation. Or too simple for the real problems.

So we built VeloxLink. Not as a platform that tries to do everything for every business. As a set of tools that do the specific things operations teams at growing brands actually need — and nothing they don't.

The inventory system that tells you what to order, when, based on your real sales velocity — not a threshold you set six months ago. The compliance app that tracks your packaging weight per jurisdiction and generates the exact XML file Germany's LUCID portal requires. The textile compliance engine that resolves 80+ Refashion category codes automatically so you don't overpay by filing at the simplified rate.

Every feature in VeloxLink exists because we hit the problem ourselves, or because a merchant we spoke to was losing money or sleep over it. Nothing is there to pad a feature list.

How we think

Four rules we build by.

1

Ship the calculation, not the consultant.

If a piece of compliance maths can be automated, it should be. You shouldn't need to hire someone to tell you what your LUCID XML file should look like or how much you owe CITEO. The software should do the arithmetic. You verify and file.

2

Every feature earns its place.

We don't build features to win comparison charts. If something is in VeloxLink, it's because an operations manager, a warehouse lead, or a brand owner told us they were losing time or money without it.

3

Set up in hours, not months.

No implementation projects. No onboarding consultants. No six-week integrations. Connect your channels, import your products, and you're running. If it takes longer than a morning to get value, we've failed.

4

Your data is yours. Always.

Export everything. Delete everything. No lock-in, no proprietary formats, no "contact sales to get your data out." Every report exports to CSV. Every compliance file is in the format the authority actually accepts.

What we build

Three problems. Three products. One company.

The company

Small team. Real company. Based in the UK.

VeloxLink is operated by Velox Link Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We're a small, focused team. No venture capital, no growth-at-all-costs mandate, no 200-person sales team. We build software, we ship it, and we support the merchants who use it.
